Refunds & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition. Then we will immediately process your store credit.  

Domestic returns for store credit will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

Once approved, you will be emailed a return label.

Custom Orders and Sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions. No other discounts or promotions can be combined or will be honored on sale items.
